Abstract

Quarter Life Crisis is a psychological phenomenon commonly experienced by individuals
aged 20 to 30, characterized by feelings of anxiety, confusion, and uncertainty about their
future careers, relationships, and personal identity. This phenomenon has become
increasingly relevant in the modern context, where social pressures and self-expectations
have risen due to advancements in technology and social media. In response to the growing
prevalence and urgency to provide appropriate support, digital campaigns have been
identified as an effective means to raise awareness and provide resources for individuals
experiencing a Quarter Life Crisis. The planned campaign will utilize various digital media
platforms to disseminate valuable information, share real-life experiences, and provide
access to counseling services and support communities. The campaign strategy includes
educational content, tips and tricks, and reflections aimed at empowering individuals,
helping them understand and better manage their Quarter Life Crisis. With a comprehensive
and interactive approach, this campaign is expected to reach a broader audience and have a
positive impact on reducing the negative effects of the Quarter Life Crisis.
